Consolidated Building Maintenance, Inc. (CBMI) started its business on February 1967. Getting stronger in their 42nd year of operation, CBMI has now around four thousand personnel who continuously improve & deliver Janitorial and Sanitation Services, Engineering Services, Messengerial, Elevator Maintenance and Operation, and other allied services to various clients – most of which are multinational corporations, hospitals, fast food restaurants, government institutions, entertainment center, embassies & banks in Metro Manila and other parts of Luzon.

The company have well-equipped personnel & experts in their field. The Engineering Department is manned by licensed engineers and skilled technicians who acquired expertise from construction industries and building maintenance local & abroad. The Housekeeping Department is composed of housekeeping professionals. Field Staffs are well-screened and had passed the course in Housekeeping and Sanitation offered and conducted by its affiliate, School of Home & Building Care , the only school of its kind recognized by Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA).

To deliver a complete and full supported service to clients, CBMI also offers various cleaning and maintenance supplies through its affiliate, Cleanshop Phils. Inc. (formerly named Klenco Industries, Phils.) - a “one stop shop” –distributor of cleaning and maintenance products and a member of International Sanitary Supply Association (ISSA).

Last 2005, Consolidated Building Maintenance, Inc. received a People's Brand Award from a prestigious body for the Janitorial services. This award served as a challenge and motivator for CBMI to perform better and exceed clients' expectations.
