ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER
Registered Mechanical or Electrical, with a good business sense. Adept in handling the operations of building maintenance group or a service oriented company.
 
PROFESSIONAL EE/ME
Male, not more than 40 years old, With at least 5 years extensive experience in the administration/ maintenance of high rise office or residential buildings, shopping malls and/or hospitals; Adept in the use/application of computer software for business and facilities management; Must know how to drive and with a valid driver's license; Work experience in an ISO environment is an advantage.
 
SERVICE MANAGER
Male or Female, should have no less than 3 years exp. in the same capacity for establishing and compliance policies and procedures. Articulate and customer service oriented.
 
HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER Preferably with Engineering, Accounting or Marketing background and have worked with a construction company for at least 3 years. Articulate, and adept of the Labor Code. With knowledge in O.D. principles/interventions. Post graduate degree/units a definite advantage; Willing to travel
 
MARKETING MANAGER
Female, with a least 2 years experience in the same capacity, preferably in the Building Maintenance or Facilities Maintenance Industry. Pleasing personality. Preferably with MBA degree.
 
INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER
Female, not more than 35 years old; With at least 2 years experience in the development of procedural systems, performance qualification/evaluation, and/or other studies necessary in the improvement of company workflow, systems and procedures; Familiarity in ISO requirements a definite advantage.
 
FACILITIES MANAGER
Registered Mechanical Engineer, with at least 3 yrs. work experience in high rise commercial and residential condo, pref. with complete background in Computerized Maintenance Mgt. System (CMMS)
 
CIVIL ENGINEERS
3 yrs. work experience in civil works, repair and renovation for high end residential and commercial facilities. Pref. with experience in landscape maintenance
 
ELECTRICAL & MECHANICAL ENGINEERS
at least 2 yrs experience in Building Maintenance works. With computer background. Age: 32-40 BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER Preferably female, at least 28 years of age, at least 5'6" in height, with a Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing with a proven track record in marketing of building services. Organized, systematic, creative, articulate, fair, charming, willing to supervise marketing personnel and preferably drives her own car (allowance shall be given)
 
ACCOUNTING OFFICER
Female/Male, CPA is an advantage With relevant experience in the same capacity Adept in all facets of accounting functions including cash management and payroll; computer literate Knowledge in handling government mandated benefits
 
EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPER Male/Female, with extensive experience as Executive Housekeeper in a Hotel may substitute the formal education requirements. Has teaching /training experience & strong management skills. Computer literate and with superb customer service skill.
 
HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR Male/Female, college graduate, computer literate, with 4 years experience in a hospital and hotel setting. Experience working abroad as housekeeping supervisor is an advantage. Age: 25-35

Message from our founder

Consolidated Building Maintenance, Inc. (CBMI) started its business on February 1967. Getting stronger in their 45th year of operation, CBMI has now around four thousand personnel who continuously improve & deliver Janitorial and Sanitation Services, Engineering Services, Messengerial, Elevator Maintenance and Operation, and other allied services to various clients – most of which are multinational corporations, hospitals, fast food restaurants, government institutions, entertainment center, embassies & banks in Metro Manila and other parts of Luzon
